Do you suffer from occasional or frequent insomnia? Do you have any special tricks or remedies? How does it impact your life?
Nope, I don't generally have insomnia. I can sometimes stay up a long time if I get really excited about a book or a game, or I may be awaken by the kitty in the middle of night and then fail to fall asleep again, but these are rare.
However I've recently heard a good trick that I think I'd want to apply if I get insomnia... A teacher recommended googling U.S. Tax Treaties, "If that doesn't put you to sleep, nothing will."
